Jaime currently lives on Long Island, NY with the world’s greatest Italian Greyhound, Marcus. He is an amateur writer and photographer who spends his free time day-dreaming new stories, or biking around state parks with his camera.
He is a voracious reader who also runs a book review website, Ruled By Books, wherein he records his yearly reading challenges, interviews authors, and makes general comments on the state of ereaders. It is rare to find Jaime away from his Kindle, and you best be prepared for some conversation if you ask him “what are you reading?”.
Jaime has a degree in Creative Writing from the State University of New York at Oswego that he hasn’t been putting to very good use for the last 10 years. He often finds that he has stories rattling around inside his head that need to come out, though he rarely shares them with others. This site is a way to encourage him to open up his creative ventures to others for some feedback and (gasp!) criticism.
